WILLS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS

We can prepare simple wills if the following are true:

1. You have no minor children;

2. You have an estate which will total less than $1 million dollars; and,

3. You are over the age of eighteen (18).

We offer a significantly reduced price for a second spouse if you are having “mirror” wills prepared,   i.e., you are having identical or very similar provisions in your wills, leaving your estate to the other spouse.

As part of our Last Will and Testament package, we will also prepare a Power of Attorney For Health Care and a Living Will.

If you would like a General Power of Attorney, we can prepare one for a small additional fee.

For a modest fee and the investment of two to three hours of your time, you can have peace of mind that you have provided for your loved ones and spared them unnecessary work and worry at the time of your passing.
